They have a friendly staff. They are quick to respond when we have an issue in the room. The hotel is conveniently located between Springfrield and Hartford and in close proximity to the airport.

The black girl at the Front Desk with the bowtie in her hair is absolutely the best you need to keep her there when I went in there and I saw her I loved everything immediately. I think her name is Natasha if I’m not mistaken, she’s a black girl at the front desk with a little bow in her hair I called her Tinker Bell. She’s so girly feminine and beautiful and she has a strong presence with a sweet spirit, keeper keeper keeper, keeper I love her, Kimberly from California.!

Availability for breakfast. My husband and I wake up early and the fact that it was available at 6 am was a plus. The staff was friendly but not consistent. Meaning the room cleaning. We were there for 7 days and the room was not cleaned until the 3rd day. Other than that it was a pretty good stay. Also the bed was super comfortable. And there were 4 very nice pillows.

The property I see has had a great renovation from the first time we stayed there last year. If you have a gray if you have a big family if you’re trying to plan a baby shower, a wedding a bridal party bachelor party anywhere that has a hotel that can hold people there’s a pool great large parking. This is the hotel it is such a family, friendly hotel the lobby is nice and spacious well to me is nice and spacious, is it the Ritz Carlton? No, family friendly great value great location. Great, parking a nice little hall. Yes, yes yes yes. Ps it’s a 20 minute drive from airport

I love how I feel safe in this hotel I'm a very picky person and I can honestly say this has been our 6 th stay with a few being a few weeks due to family gatherings. Very comfortable I had the remodeled rooms and They are clean and service is always nice

I love the fact that even though I bring cleaning supplies. I didn't have to use it. It was very, very clean. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and the bathroom. The water was awesome.The water got plenty hot, which I love. I would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Very reasonably priced, bed was comfy, and the room was clean. Was a good place to stay overnight before getting back on the road.
